I want to thank each and every one of our valued customers for contributing to another record sales year in 2009.
As we dive into 2010 I have stressed the importance to our employees the value of continuing to build customer relationships. I feel that technology, when utilized correctly, can be an awesome tool. However, in some cases, I think technology takes away from establishing “true” partnerships.
